It seems a bit harsh to lump these two both in together. While i can’t argue what Lydia did was wrong, at least she had the goal of STOPPING the violence and death, and seems to at least have some remorse. President fundie there on the other hand hasn’t learned anything.

I personally wouldn’t try to argue that Jin was being 100% fair. Everyone speaks from their experience.

I hope this isn’t the end of it, I’m very curious as to how it wraps up.

If our hero really cares, she should head back in time to her arrival on past-Earth, stun Lydia, have the time tubers heal her past self, and send the whole shebang back to the now preserved future. Then we get two Lt. Jin!

Enterprise was a great prequel (cut short too soon, etc). I would love to see a show that would be to Star Trek what Caprica is to Battlestar Galactica. How did we get from Eugenics War to WW3 to First Contact? There would still be the occasional Star Trek futuristic cameo (because Temporal Agents and Section 31 and what not)…

I nominate our dear Mark here for the task. 🙂

    Psalm 27: 1 & 3. 😉

I like how this story differentiates between the Eugenics Wars and WW III, though I can understand how the chaos which the KNS and the Augments (and the efforts to find and bring them down) left in their wake could very easily set up the later conflict.

You said pretty much what I was going to say!

It’s a time period in Trek history that greatly interests me, so I’m loving what the comic has been doing with it. 🙂
