    Bet she gets in trouble because she uses the Yridian junker to escape. Other culture’s property and whatnot.

      I doubt this falls under the prime directive because the yridians are already a warp-capable interstellar species. (Alternatively if you were trying to make a crack about the overly-sensitive 24th Century liberals and their fear of committing cultural appropriation, you have not succeeded)

        Aw nertz, oh well, win some lose some…lose some more. (Alternatively, it was a crack at the captain/first officer dynamic that is bordering on open hostilities. Less Starfleet Regulations, more Captain Afshar trying to get a rise out of Delos Reyes because he disapproves of her methods.)
