    The ease with which Graunt got Harry aboard the Vulcan ship speaks poorly of the crew’s attitude toward security. These aren’t top-tier Vulcans, here.

    Mudd can be a very cool cucumber about certain things. I find it likely the attitude he takes in this panel is indicative of how he really thinks of people in general. He doesn’t really care, he is just good at faking it when it suits him.

    I wouldn’t be so quick to assume that this is something the Vrapnahr are catching from Harry; it’d be like the Vulcans to have examined and screened him rather thoroughly, and updated his immune system. Also (IIRC) it’s been only the male Vrapnahrs with yellow stripes that that’ve seemed prone to violent illness.
