Apparently, the Federation really went off the rails somewhere between the 24th and 31st centuries. Or maybe they were all assimilated by the Borg and life within the collective is even worse than we imagined.
Maybe the Federation assimilated the Collective… :O
Maybe after they assimilated the Federation they decided to go for broke and grab the Pakleds as well.
Pakleds are too smart and strong for the Borg.
Well, the Borg sure could make their ships go…
