so… not the same Rojan from the original episode, but another Kelvan with the same DNA pattern as the original Rojan no doubt. I have often thought, where did Rojan’s group acquire the DNA patterns to assume human form in the first place. Here we have a small group of non-human aliens in a completely unfamiliar galaxy, have never seen a human before, don’t know what it is to BE human, and yet they assume perfect human forms. How did they do that? unless they had some patterns to follow. Perhaps they came across a group of humans, a deep space exploratory vessel, or distant outpost, or even raided some recent human graves to retrieve some viable DNA to use hmm? Questions that will no doubt be answered as the story unfolds!
It would come as no surprise at all for them to have sensors advanced enough to remotely scan DNA from great distances, and for them to have used that to get the starting codes for their human bodies. In Voyager the Emergency Command Hologram (modified Doctor) with Harry Kim scanned several worlds in, I think, a 9 light year radius for signs of human life. It was in the episode “Workforce” and similar feats occur in other episodes; I think “Dreadnought” is another.
They are Time Bandits?
Something about the look on Rojan’s face tells me it won’t end well for the bros…
Is that one of the original Mac Portable computers in the first display case?
Yup. And there’s a Newton in the display in the second panel next to a Blackberry.
The Island of Misfit Toys.

*facepalm*
Yes indeed, my brain was off its feed the other update. Doctor Smith, indeed, jebus.
