This! This is a great scene here with the Captain calmly explaining things to the 2IC, and making some good points that Commander Delos-Reyes is taking into consideration. For me, this is the Trek that I want to see more of, not the action movies of the last few years, but people, interacting and conversing with one another. I do hope she is able to make a counter argument that might get the Captain to take things with a point of order.
Now, that does not preclude the Captain not giving her a note in her record at the least, as that was pretty insubordinate, especially in front of the Bridge crew, so I hope she does not skate completely.
